Job Duties:

Supportour Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) by offering mentorship,understanding guidance, compassionate communication, and attentivesupervision. Design a thoughtful, evidence-based programminghierarchy that respects and reflects client data, acknowledgestheir progress, and incorporates ongoing assessments to supporttheir journey. Offer continuous support and guidance for families,helping them navigate the journey toward successful programmingoutcomes together. Welcome collaboration with other serviceproviders beyond Perfect Pair, embracing the value of workingtogether to enhance the experiences of those we serve. Foster aculture of collaboration and positivity within the team.

Qualifications:

Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) credential through the BACB Maintain an active state license(LBA) as required based on location Master’s or Doctorate inApplied Behavior Analysis or related field Active Adult and ChildCPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date ispreferred Ability to complete and pass a background check Excellentinterpersonal and professional communication skills across allformats and scenarios Retain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’slicense for commuting to the home of clients.
