What Youll Do:
Engage inapplied practice opportunities across varied clinical areas such asassessments, parent training, supervision and feedback sessions toensure competence for your next role as a BCBA.Attend groupsupervision sessions to learn from experienced clinicians andconnect with other students.
Implement ABA interventions andBehavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children with autism.
Collectdata and analyze client progress to optimize treatment plans.
Assistin behavioral assessments and support other RBTs andstaff.
Collaborate with families and the Mosaic team to ensureconsistent treatment implementation.
Complete student units andfieldwork hours as assigned by the Student ProgramCoordinator.
Complete BCBA mock exams and attend study groups toensure preparation for the BCBA exam.
What Were Looking For:
RBTCertification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicumexperience toward your BCBA certification.
Passion for helpingchildren with autism thrive.
Strong communication and collaborationskills.
Desire to learn and grow in your clinical skills to be bestprepared for your next career step as a BCBA.Completion of mastersdegree or anticipated completion of masters degree within the next6 months.
