Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges. Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress through data collection. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques. Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback. Skills Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential. Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices. Strong understanding of data collection methods related to behavior analysis.
