Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is an Applied BehaviorAnalysis (ABA) agency that connects quality ABA services tochildren with the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) andtheir families. Historically, we have served school aged studentsin the North East region of the US since 2015. We are BCBA ownedand operated agency with a mission is to build our ABAProfessionals Network and connect these service providers to thecommunities that need ABA services on a daily basis. We arecurrently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)- whoare dually licensed as Licensed Behvior Analysts (LBAs)- who have astrong commitment to the profession and to making a lasting impactin this community. We are looking for people with these credentialsin New York State, New Jersey, Georgia, and North Carolina(multiple states is a plus!).

Job Description:

As a Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) with ABC Services you will Conductfunctional behavioral assessments (FBAs) Create behaviorintervention plans (BIPs) Supervise, evaluate, & mentor,BCBA-Candidates & Behavior Technicians Implement effectivestrategies for our clients in home and community settings Createand implement evidence-based treatment plans for children andfamilies that are ethically aligned with the principles of AppliedBehavior Analysis Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT)Coordinate interdisciplinary care with various other personnelincluding teachers, other school providers, etc. Conduct initialand reassessments, functional behavior assessments and createbehavior intervention plans Monitor progress and evaluate programdata, modify programs based on data analysis, and report onprogress/regression using RETHINK Provide support to families,behavior technicians, and colleagues using effective, multi-tieredstakeholder communication Ensure high standard of care and services

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, SpecialEducation, or related human services field Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst License Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential In Personposition/potential for hybrid Provide direct 1:1 services andParent Counseling and Training with clients in home MalpracticeInsurance Experience conducting assessments such as the Vineland,VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc. Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solvingand organizational skills Experience in developing and implementingBehavioral Intervention Plans for individuals with challengingbehavior Experience in developing and implementing skillacquisition plans for individuals with developmental disabilitiesKnowledge of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programming andimplementation Knowledge of naturalistic Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA) programming and implementation Flexibility and ability topromptly respond to phone calls, text messages, and emailsSuccessful completion of mandatory employee training Participationin ongoing in-house training and required professional developmentMultilingual is a plus!
