Position Summary:
We are seeking ahighly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be partof our founding team, where you will help shape our services as aBCBA, contribute to building a strong team culture, and developinnovative programming. The ideal BCBA candidate is dedicated toadvancing their clinical skills, committed to ethical practices,and ready to take on a leadership role in guiding our team todeliver exceptional ABA services.
BCBA Responsibilities:
Conductinitial assessments and create individualized treatment plans basedon the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring that BCBAstandards of practice are met Develop, implement, and oversee ABAprograms, ensuring they are delivered with fidelity andeffectiveness by following BCBA protocols and guidelines Superviseand mentor a team of RBTs, providing guidance, training, andongoing professional development under BCBA supervisionrequirements Monitor client progress through data collection andanalysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as aproactive BCBA Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, andother team members to ensure cohesive and supportive care, aligningwith BCBA standards Maintain open communication with families,providing regular updates and guidance on how to support theirchild’s progress Actively participate in team meetings, contributeideas for continuous improvement, and support our culture ofinnovation and high standards of care Ensure compliance withethical guidelines and all relevant BCBA regulations, stayingup-to-date on industry best practices
Requirements:
Current BCBAcertification in good standing with the BACB Master’s degree inApplied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a relatedfield Strong understanding of ABA principles and experience in avariety of ABA techniques and interventions, emphasizing BCBAstandards Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbalcommunication skills Ability to work effectively both independentlyand as part of a team Commitment to maintaining the higheststandards of BCBA ethical and professional conduct
PreferredQualifications:
Familiarity with electronic health records and datacollection software Skills in parent training and family supportservices Specialized experience in areas such as verbal behavior,social skills training, or working with individuals with complexneeds Why Join Us?
