Student Analyst will directly oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery, including management, supervision, and direct therapy.
Job Requirements:
Successful completion of coursework of 12 weeks with the Student Analyst Cohort
- Successful completion of The CBA Learning Module Series
- BCBA
- by BDS Take the necessary steps to pass the BCBA certification exam within 4 months of the start date in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitors and ensures timely completion of effective clinical documentation and data collection per BCBA/Director direction Ensures initial client intakes are conducted concurrently with the BCBA in charge and completed in a timely manner designated by the BCBA Conduct behavior assessments and facilitate behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Facilitate parent training with BCBA concurrently and support families during their engagement with Therapy Smarts Inc Partner with Patient Services & Scheduling departments to promote care management for the individuals served, ensuring they have access to many beneficial services in our continuum Represents the company professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders Manages and directly oversees a caseload of clients under the supervision of the BCBA in charge Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans, behavior management protocols, and behavior intervention plans for children Provide support, instruction, and feedback with BCBA to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress. Supervises and mentors the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, creating and conducting performance evaluations, monitoring program progress, and productivity of: RBTs and BTs for the program. Manage RBT cross-training
- Provides opportunities to engage will all clientele as needed. Manage/organize ongoing scheduling. Participate in hiring, ring, and performance improvement plans Participate in Trimester Reviews for their Team Members. Other duties that support the overall operation of the Department, as needed.
