Educational Requirements:

Active BCBA certification Prior school experience Familiarity with North Carolina IEP systems and RBT supervision requirements

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavior strategies. Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate records and data to track student progress.
