WHAT YOU’LL DO
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other behavior analytic assessments Develop and implement parent training and support programs Provide field supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians Provide support and mentorship for Registered Behavior Technicians Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans Opportunities to engage in training and coaching with school systems and other community organizations
WHAT’S NEEDED
Current BCBA certification and completion of 8-hour supervision course required by BACB. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or developmental disabilities. Minimum of two years of experience supervising behavior technicians. Experience developing treatment plans including functional behavior assessments and writing behavior intervention plans. Experience using ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK and other similar assessments.
