We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (RBT or BT) to join our supportive team and work one-on-one with individuals—primarily children—with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals by implementing personalized behavior support plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Responsibilities Implement behavior management strategies as outlined in individualized treatment plans. Assist in the collection of data related to behavioral interventions and progress. Educate clients and their families about behavioral health and effective coping strategies. Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment for individuals. Maintain accurate medical documentation of client progress and interventions. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy. Qualifications Experience or training in behavior management techniques is preferred. Familiarity with medical documentation processes is a plus. Background in behavioral therapy or related fields is highly desirable. Strong ability to educate clients and families on behavioral health topics. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration.
