Salary:
$80,000

We are looking for adedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position where youwill play a critical role in designing and implementing AppliedBehavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with AutismSpectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs. You will workclosely with other medical and healthcare professionals to ensurethe delivery of high-quality, individualized care. This rolerequires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct functional behavior assessments anddesign individualized behavior intervention plans. 2. Providetraining and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)and other direct care staff. 3. Monitor and adjust treatment plansas necessary, using data-driven decision-making processes. 4.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensivecare for clients. 5. Provide direct therapy services to clients asneeded. 6. Conduct parent training and provide ongoing support tofamilies. 7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of clientprogress. 8. Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines asoutlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). 9.Participate in ongoing professional development and trainingopportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in BehaviorAnalysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. 2.Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing ABA therapy andbehavior analysis services. 4. Experience in working withindividuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and otherbehavioral needs. 5. Strong understanding of the principles andprocedures of ABA. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groupsincluding children, families, and medical professionals. 7. Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and makedata-driven decisions. 8. Knowledge of current research and bestpractices in the field of behavior analysis. 9. Ability to handle ahigh level of responsibility and maintain strict confidentiality.10. Current CPR and First Aid certification. 11. Ability to pass abackground check.
