Duties

• Oversee the day to day clinical guidance in the center
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement strong policies for all therapists
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Provide patient care and behavioral interventions
• Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication and documentation
• Work closely with special education professionals to support student needs Qualifications
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis methodologies
• Strong understanding of medical records management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
