Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (NC Clinic) Bright Achievements NC Apex, NC Job Description (In-Person Position): Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services focusing on providing distinct and enriching services to those in the ABA community. We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our clinic location in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The Bright Achievements clinic is open from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (hours may be slightly flexible) You will be responsible for providing supervision to a caseload of clients as well as supporting staff throughout the day. This is a small, 3-client clinic. The space is shared with an OT and Speech Therapy company, which allows us to collaborate and coordinate services to better serve our clients. This is a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, and the majority of the RBTs are student analysts who are looking to learn as much as they can as they work toward their certification.

Duties:

Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS Conduct functional Behavior Assessments Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of

Rethink Behavioral Health Skills:

Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS Conduct functional behavior assessments Create programs and behavior intervention plans Train and supervise paraprofessionals/RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess the performance of programs, and adjust as necessary Provide ABA training for parent and other caregivers Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using Rethink Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented

Job Requirements:

Current BCBA certification Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Strong interpersonal and writing skills Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team 1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred

Pay:

$80.00 – $90.00 per hour
