We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, where an opportunity for career advancement and growth is established.
Duties:
Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS Conduct functional Behavior Assessments Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of
Rethink Behavioral Health Skills:
Ability to build strong and supportive relationships with others Ability to adapt to ABA procedures that respect cultural diversity Possess exceptional written and verbal skills Detail oriented Strong interpersonal and writing skills
Job Requirements:
Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States Master’s Degree 1+ years of experience 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred
