We’re looking for a BCBA to either relocate to Charlotte or work in a hybrid role from Raleigh. We’re open to assisting with relocation expenses for the right candidate. Little Legends ABA is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity. We offer flexibility in the schedule and are open to candidates who prefer working on-site a few days each week or a few weeks each month, depending on availability. Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans. Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans. Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors using ABA principles. Conduct functional assessments and functional analysis when clinically warranted. Review program effectiveness, make recommendations for adjustments, and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification and NC LBA (if applicable by state). Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education). Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain). Previous ABA experience. Comfortable providing in-home services. Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
