Registered Behavior Technician Requirements and Responsibilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Registered Behavior Technician Certification (we can help you obtain one). Unconditional desire to help kids live their best lives. Able to pass a background check as part of the hiring process. Willingness to adapt to changing behaviors and environments. Must have the physical ability to frequently stand, walk, run, assist patients in standing/ sitting, and reach with hands and arms. Requires agility to quickly and repeatedly transition between sitting and standing. The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. is essential.
