Our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) areresponsible for the supervision and management of center andhome-based intervention programs and treatment teams for childrenon the autism spectrum. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y520tlExF4c EssentialFunctions Oversee the full range of ABA treatment servicesincluding assessment, programming, progress monitoring, programmodification, parent training, care coordination with otherproviders, and insurance authorization. Ensures all standards ofcare are followed per state and insurance guidelines. Provideclinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality,and transition/ exit planning, in collaboration with parents andother stake holders, with the emphasis on deliveringdevelopmentally appropriate and socially valid client outcomes.
Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality ofEffective Treatment (QET) measure. Provide training and supervisionto all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatmentservices. Supervise others with a focus on developing supervisees’independent clinical skills, problem-solving skills, criticalthinking skills, and fulfillment of certification requirements.
Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional teammembers. Complete all administrative tasks in a timely fashion,including but not limited to generating reports, completinginsurance reviews, and completing forms to ensure appropriatefunding for client services and staff management.
