BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst :

Develop individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) based on assessment results and ABA principles. Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians in implementing behavior plans and ABA techniques. Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and reports. BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst :

Master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
