BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst :
Develop individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) based on assessment results and ABA principles. Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians in implementing behavior plans and ABA techniques. Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and reports. BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst :
Master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a BCBA or in a related role. Knowledge of special education laws and regulations is a plus.
