Physical Location:
Middle and Elementary•30Greenough Rd, Plaistow, NH 03865 to start. Staff will be directedto what schools they are needed for each week.
School District:

Brief Overview:
BCBAwill need to provide services as-needed, observations, includingdirect and indirect support, coordination of care, parent/stafftraining, meetings (i.e. IEPs, BSP creation), Creation of programmaterials, etc. assessments, treatment planning, data collection,etc. 40 hours hours/week.
Schedule:
Flexible within typical schoolhours, based on student needs. The provider will likely make aconsistent schedule with the district but needs to be able toaccommodate meetings or observations at various times throughoutthe school day when needed.
Position Description & Qualifications:
Writes assessment reports based on initial assessment includingbehavior support recommendations. Collaborates with school teamsand families in the development of behavior support strategies.
Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments. Writes reports anddevelops Behavior Intervention Plans. Develops data collectionforms. Trains staff in implementation of Behavior InterventionPlans and recommended strategies and monitors implementation.
Conducts staff training on topics in Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA). Monitors and provides support for staff in the use of ABAstrategies and procedures. Participates in regularly scheduledMulti-Disciplinary Team Meetings at schools and initial studentinterviews/assessments. Regularly assess and monitor studentprogress. Provides ongoing support one-on-one or in a small groupsetting in one or more schools. Reviews skill acquisition andbehavior data on a regular basis. Modifies Behavior InterventionPlans and skill programs as needed. Coordinates/Collaborates withthe Special Education Coordinator and central office personnelregularly. Assists with development of materials for behaviorsupport and skill training. Supports school teams at IndividualizedEducation Plans (IEP) meetings as needed to review progress, data,and develop IEP goals. Demonstrates effective communication skillsin working with a variety of team members. Supervises BCaBA (BoardCertified Assistant Behavior Analysts) and RBTs (RegisteredBehavior Technicians) when applicable. Complies with all rules andregulations set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board,Inc. Writes assessment reports based on initial assessmentincluding behavior support recommendations. Conducts FunctionalBehavior Assessments. Writes reports and develops BehaviorIntervention Plans. Develops data collection forms. Maintainquality standards in regard to HIPPA compliance. Experience workingwith children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, of all ages.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Ability towork in the US. Ability to relocate or travel to office location(in person required). Active Board certification•passed the BACBexam for behavior analysts. Master’s degree in applied BehaviorAnalysis, education, or related field. Current 8-hour supervisioncertificate•certified to provide supervision to RBT’s and hassupervisory experience. Experience utilizing behavioral skillstraining.
