Substitute 1:1 Support Specialist at HeadStart Program in Atlantic City, New Jersey for Extended School Year Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children? Do you have experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and want to provide individualized support to children with severe behaviors? We want YOU to join our dedicated team! New Behavioral Network is currently looking to hire staff to work in a head start program in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Substitue 1:1

Behavior Interventionist Location:

HeadStart Program Atlantic City and Hammonton Hours:

Monday- Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

What You’ll Do:

Provide personalized, 1:1 support to children with severe behavioral needs. Implement ABA-based strategies to promote positive behaviors and skill development. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to create a supportive learning environment. Track and report progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children who have severe behaviors. ABA experience (Required). Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children thrive. Why Join Us?
