At Strides ABA, weare committed to providing exceptional in-home services across thestate of New Jersey. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA),you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA care tochildren by developing and implementing individualized treatmentplans tailored to each child’s needs. Our ideal candidate will havea solid foundation in ABA, behavioral health, and specialeducation, and will be passionate about making a meaningful impact.

In this role, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) willconduct comprehensive assessments, analyze data, and ensureevidence-based interventions are applied effectively. Additionally,you will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and otherprofessionals to promote a supportive environment for each child’sdevelopment. Duties:

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioralneeds and develop effective treatment plans. Implementevidence-based interventions tailored to each child’s uniquecircumstances. Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients,adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with parents,caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of careand support. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliancewith HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff onbehavioral strategies and interventions. Stay current withdevelopments in the field of behavior analysis and related areas.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Skills:

Experience workingwith children in a ABA clinical or in home setting. Strongknowledge of patient care principles and practices. Familiaritywith medical terminology relevant to behavioral health. Proficientin diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient assessment methods.

Understanding of special education requirements and strategies.

Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation while adheringto HIPAA standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal andwritten, for effective collaboration with families and teammembers. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering positivebehavioral outcomes for clients.
