Clinical Directors What You’llDo:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop andimplement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentorBCBA candidates and Behavior Technicians Deliver 1:1 services andParent Counseling & Training in-home Create evidence-based, ethicaltreatment plans for clients Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams(e.g., teachers, school staff) Track progress and adapt programsbased on RETHINK data Support families and team members throughproactive communication Ensure high-quality care and servicedelivery

What You Need:

Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education,or a related human services field Active BCBA certification and NewJersey LBA (or license eligibility) Malpractice insuranceExperience with assessments such as the VB-MAPP, Vineland, ATEC,etc. Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills Knowledgeof DTT and naturalistic ABA strategies Commitment to timely andprofessional communication Must be able to provide in-personservices across New Jersey Multilingual skills are a plus!
