Job Description
Category Schools – BCBA Job Type Contract A K-12 educational setting in Clementon, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an Extended School Year (ESY) contract position. This role offers an opportunity to apply behavior analysis principles in a dynamic school environment supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Implement and monitor behavior interventions to promote positive student outcomes. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to provide training and guidance on behavior strategies. Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven recommendations. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience working in school-based settings preferred, particularly with K-12 students. Strong skills in behavioral assessment, intervention design, and progress monitoring. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
