Position Overview:
We’re seeking aBCBA to create customized behavior programs, supervise technicians,and collaborate with families for impactful results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create behavior plans.
- Monitor progress and refine interventions as needed.
- Train andmentor behavior technicians.
- Work with families to align goalswith daily routines.
- Maintain detailed records.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strongorganizational skills.
Compensation:
$100/hr. We welcome candidatesfrom all backgrounds.
