Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral analysis services to childrenwith autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA willbe supervised directly by our Executive Director & ClinicalDirector. Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programsacross language, social, and communication domains. Providing stafftraining to paraprofessionals on implementing instructionalprograms and behavior plans. Applicants well-suited to thisposition will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible,positive, and work well in teams.
Qualifications:
Master’s degreein psychology, special education or related fields Current BCBA,Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required Stronginterpersonal and writing skills Established management skillsAbility to work well with others and be an effective part of atreatment team.
