Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments ( VBMAPP, AFFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc) Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior plans Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians Collaborate regularly with families, caregivers, and team members Ensure ethical and data driven decision making across all services Participate in team meetings, training, and case reviews

Qualifications:

Currently hold BCBA certification and is in good standing. Master’s Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Psych, etc. Experience working with individuals with Autism and/or related developmental disorders. 1-2 years preferred. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers. Excellent written and verbal skills.

Location :

Providing in home services throughout Middlesex and Monmouth County. Shape to Success’s centers located in Tinton Falls and Spotswood New Jersey.
