As a BCBA, you’ll have the opportunity to designeffective interventions, mentor staff, and collaborate withfamilies to foster positive outcomes.
BCBA Role:
We’re seeking askilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behaviortechnicians, and work closely with families to ensure clientprogress. Your expertise will play a key role in achievingmeasurable behavioral improvements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
- Supervise and mentortechnicians to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor clientprogress through data collection and analysis.
- Partner withcaregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
- Ensurethorough documentation of services and outcomes.
BCBAQualifications:
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’sdegree in ABA or a related discipline.
- Exceptional organizationaland interpersonal skills.
Pay Rate:
