Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a 4 year old client in their home in Howell, NJ Monday to Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA + Work 1:1 in their home environment + Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition + Collaborate with the family and other team members to support client progress + Participate in team meetings and ongoing training + Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
Qualifications:
+ ABA Therapy experience required + High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) + Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes + Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
