Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a 3 year old client in their home in Manalapan, NJ Monday to Friday, Fridays 5pm-8pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Work 1:1 in their home environment Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition Collaborate with the family and other team members to support client progress Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines

Qualifications:

ABA Therapy experience required High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
