What You’ll Do:
Conduct FBAs and create individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing clinical guidance Deliver parent/caregiver training Monitor client data and adjust goals as needed Collaborate with families, schools, and your clinical team
You Bring:
Active BCBA certification (required) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why One Step Forward?
