Compensation:

$75-$90/hour , based on experience Bonus opportunities availablePotential for expanded caseload and leadership roles BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop andoversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and trainBehavior Technicians Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g.,FBA, VB-MAPP) Collaborate with families and other professionals tosupport client progress Maintain documentation that meets clinicaland ethical standards Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification in New Jersey Master’sdegree in ABA or a related field Prior experience in home-based orcommunity ABA services Strong organizational and communicationskills Passion for helping children and families succeed Benefitsfor Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
