BCBA. ABT

ABOUT THE POSITION

Hybrid supporting home, virtual and daycares/early learning centers
Operating Hours:
Monday – Friday / 8am -7:30 pm As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst you will: Developbehavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teachfunctional skills Conduct functional and skill-based ABAassessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc. Customize treatment plansto address the client’s needs based on assessment results Workeffectively with parents and conduct family training sessions toguide parents on continuing implementation Organize, review, andmaintain data collection for ABA programs Supervise ongoing ABAprograms, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriateDirect and effectively supervise Registered Behavior TechniciansCollaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members Report tothe Clinical Director monthly with a review and record of theprogress of each client
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master’sDegree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior AnalysisCertification Board (BACB) in good standing At least one year ofexperience providing BCBA supervision and training Experiencecreating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a datacollection system application (preferably Catalyst) Hybrid/remoteexperience preferred
