Your Role:

As a school-based Behavior Analyst, you will: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in line with BACB ethical standards and NJ State Code Provide in-classroom support and coaching for staff in both general education and self-contained classrooms Collaborate with teachers, support teams, and district personnel to ensure student success

What You Bring:

Active BCBA or BCaBA certification Minimum 2 years of ABA experience , ideally with individuals with emotional or developmental disabilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills
