Board Certified Behavior Analyst Beyond Home Health Care Woodland Park, NJ 07424

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) . Analyze client data to make informed adjustments to behavioral programs. Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs, behavior technicians, and BCBA candidates. Implement and support ongoing behavior intervention plans in homes, day programs, and community settings. Deliver training to staff, caregivers, and families on ABA strategies and behavior management. Maintain timely, accurate documentation and report writing. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with families and program stakeholders.

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification NJ LBA or APC (preferred) Experience with IDD population Reliable transportation and ability to travel
