Full Job Description Job Summary:

We’re seeking a per diem BCBA to provide behavioral consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in New Jersey. Flexible hours. In-home, community, and program-based settings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs Train staff and families on behavior plans Supervise RBTs or behavior staff Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain timely documentation

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification NJ LBA or APC (preferred) Experience with IDD population Reliable transportation and ability to travel
