BCBA Position Requirements:
Must be currently licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Must pass a background check Availability to travel at least once a month. Must have a working laptop or iPad device to utilize audio/video technology for video conferencing/telehealth options Must have a reliable form of transportation.
Position Responsibilities:
The BCBA will be responsible for performing and overseeing all components of developing and implementing Behavior Plans; behavioral evaluations, observations, standardized assessments, preference assessments, treatment evaluations, etc. keep regular communication within scheduled times with the clients and families. Analytically interpret results to create individualized plans and BSP’s. Provide therapist supervision and guidance for implementation of behavior-analytic services Provide parental and family training sessions Perform ongoing review and analysis of collected behavior and skill acquisition data to monitor the effectiveness of designed individualized treatment plan and update to ensure effective programming Run a monthly Social Skills Group Participate in team meetings and training workshops Be goal oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects Follow the policies and procedures of
