Position Description Practice Home Care Services,Inc >DBA TheBCBA will deliver direct supervision to the DSP as well as manageand supervise a small caseload of 4-6 clients. The BCBA willregularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family,interpret the results, and modify the individualized treatment planaccordingly. The BCBA will provide supervision by observing andhaving team meetings with the staff and the families. Additionally,BCBAs will consult with the family regarding any concerns relatedto treatment, behavior modification or staff. Key Benefits andAdvantages 401 (K) ” Mileage reiembursement ” Full-Time Mon-Fridayschedule; NO weekends or late nights ” Small caseload Location andHours We Service all of Somerset and Hunterdon County RequiredExperience and Education ” Obtained certification as aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through theBehavior Analyst Certification Board. ” A minimum of 1 yearexperience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adultswith various special needs. ” Knowledge of appropriate behavioralintervention strategies, earning theories and instructionalmethods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behaviorinterventions. ” Proficient in technology, such as Office 365,Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms ” Itis an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands ofthe job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting,following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting. ” Candidatesmust possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time ontheir feet as well as an ability to lift children, to 50 lbs., onoccasion.
