Fanwood, NJ Job Details Full-time $25 – $35 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Bachelor’s degree 2 years Teaching Full Job Description Our Children’s system of care services is seeking registered behavior technicians (RBT) and behavioral assistants (BA). RBT Certification and minimum of two years experience is required. Familiar with evidence’s based interventions Most be familiar with teaching coping strategies with youths and family Provide psychoeducation services Conduct face to face services in the community or the individual’s residents Must have experience implementing treatment plans and inputting the data into CYBER Must have experience working on implementing plans, collaboration with clinicians and community mental health groups Conduct assessments to evaluate client’s current skill level and identify areas for intervention Utilize positive reinforcement techni2ques to encourage desired behavior Engage with clients in therapy sessions, provide supports, and teach new skills Implement strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors as outlined in the treatment plan Working effectively with other team members like caregivers and therapist to ensure comprehensive client care Provide updates to clients and their families regarding their progress and any necessary adjustment to the treatment plan
