The Behavior Technician who will work in partnership with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst is an integral member of our team who will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention programs in the home, school, or the community Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors Observe and record behavior and skill acquisition data electronically during sessions Collaborate and communicate with supervisory (BCBA) staff

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 full year of ABA experience with children with autism Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) 21 years of age or older Reliable transportation Availability to work between 2-7 PM (preferred) Minimum of 10-hour commitment per week (preferred)
