Position Summary We are seeking dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children between the ages of 2 and 12. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills that will support long-term success. Key Responsibilities Deliver ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a supervising BCBA Teach a variety of essential life skills, including communication, social interaction, and self-care Accurately collect and record session data Collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure consistent implementation Maintain a professional, encouraging, and child-centered approach at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) RBT Certification preferred (training provided for the right candidates) Prior experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check Benefits Competitive hourly pay with regular performance reviews Paid training and RBT certification support Flexible scheduling Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement (when applicable) Paid time off and holiday pay (for eligible employees) Ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Why Work With Us?
