Position Overview We’re looking for warm, motivated individuals to join our team as ABA providers to support young children with developmental needs in home and community settings near the Bronx locations. Whether you’re experienced or just starting your journey in the field, we provide the tools, training, and encouragement to help you thrive in your role. Responsibilities Provide developmental and behavioral support to children ages 0-3 in natural settings Use strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis to promote learning through play and routine-based activities Work closely with families and caregivers to model techniques and support progress Maintain organized and timely documentation of sessions and child progress Participate in ongoing training and supervision to grow your skills and confidence Communicate regularly with agency support staff and seek guidance as needed Qualifications Master’s Degree in Special Education (Birth-Grade 2) required Experience working with children required (ABA-specific experience is a plus, but not required) Strong communication, patience, and a love for helping children learn Open to feedback, growth, and learning new skills Ability to work independently in home or daycare settings Bilingual skills a plus (not required) What We Offer Full training provided no prior ABA certification required Ongoing supervision and support from experienced professionals Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time options available) A kind and collaborative team that celebrates your growth Competitive compensation Opportunities to work in the boroughs that match your availability
