The ideal candidate will work directly with individuals with behavioral health challenges, implementing treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role is essential in supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life through effective behavioral interventions. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by licensed professionals, focusing on behavior modification strategies. Conduct regular assessments and document client progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Assist in medication administration as prescribed, ensuring compliance with medical guidelines. Maintain accurate medical documentation and utilize appropriate medical terminology during reporting. Collect research data related to client behaviors and treatment effectiveness for ongoing program evaluation. Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in behavioral health. Skills Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with medical terminology. Experience or training in addiction counseling is a plus. Ability to conduct research data collection effectively and analyze results for program improvement. Excellent crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
