Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Strive Applied Behavior Analysis 756B S Broadway, Hicksville, NY 11801 ## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy, with experience working with individuals with autism. ## Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Provide training to caregivers and other professionals
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations ## Experience
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Experience working with children, especially those with special needs or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with special education practices and principles
