We’re currently hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) for our center-based ABA therapy program in Malverne, NY. This role is ideal for students, caregivers, or professionals seeking to make a positive impact during after-school hours (4-6 PM on weekdays) and weekends. As a BT, you’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum in a supportive, high-quality clinical setting. Whether you’re just starting your ABA journey or already certified as an RBT, this is a rewarding opportunity to grow and give back.

Malverne, NY What You’ll Do:
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans created by a BCBA Support skill development in communication, behavior, and socialization Collect data and report on session progress Collaborate with the clinical team and family members
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with children (special needs preferred) High energy, reliability, and professionalism RBT certification is a plus, but not required Must be available for consistent after-school and/or weekend shifts Must be willing to work in-person at our Malverne, NY center
