Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Empower ABA is built onthe backs of the tireless BCBAs and providers who elevate childrento greater heights. We are seeking highly motivated andexperienced BCBAs to join our ABA therapy agency. The idealcandidates have extensive experience working with children withautism, behavioral therapy experience, and a deep commitment toexcellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Conductindividualized skill and behavior assessments. Develop andsupervise the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Provide parents training to ensure families are equipped with thetools necessary to promote their child’s success. Providesupervision and ongoing training to your RBTs. Evaluate clientprogress through data collection.

Requirements:

Master’s degree inapplied behavioral analysis, psychology, or education. BCBAcertification At least 1 year of experience in providing ABAtherapy services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
