Creative Behavioral Solutions Behavior Technician Summary:

We are currently recruiting Behavior Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to families throughout Queens, NY. Please review the list of available positions and requirements below: Whitestone, Flushing 5 year old Mon-Fri 4:00pm start Weekends in the afternoon Spanish Speaking family

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home setting Follow treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Accurately collect and record session data and client progress Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) Must be reliable, punctual, and have strong communication skills Willingness to travel to clients’ homes in Queens Ability to bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and lift as needed Must pass background check and complete required training (provided)
