Flexible Scheduling & Work Locations :

What We’re Looking for in a Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA): BCBA certification (required in your state, or youmust be sitting for your exam within the next 3 months). Master’sdegree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (e.g.,psychology, education, social work). Experience in ABA (1 yearspreferred, but we welcome those just starting out as a BCBA).Strong leadership and communication skills , with a passion formaking a meaningful difference in children’s lives. Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, andoversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients. SuperviseRBTs and other support staff, providing them with the tools andtraining they need. Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional BehaviorAssessments, preference assessments) and update treatment goals.
Collaborate with parents to provide training and integrate goalsinto daily routines. Coordinate care with other professionals toensure maximum progress for our clients. Ensure ethical andregulatory compliance in all service delivery aspects. Work withboth remote and in-home/center-based service delivery options.
Participate in clinical quality assurance reviews and regularcheck-ins with clinical supervisors.
