Full Time Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team in a school-based setting. The BCBA will work closely with students, teachers, and families to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans, provide staff training, and ensure compliance with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data. Develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement strategies. Provide training and support to school personnel. Monitor and evaluate student progress and program effectiveness. Engage with families to provide guidance and support.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field. Current BCBA certification. Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
