Job Description:

Lighthouse is seekingpassionate and dedicated BCBA/LBAs to join our team ofprofessionals. As you build a relationship with children and theirfamilies, your work will directly contribute to their growth,development, and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and write reportssummarizing results
  • Develop positive behavior support plans
  • Overseeing implementation of treatment plan
  • Assist staff inday-to-day training for targeted behavioral needs and implementingbehavior support plans
  • Train staff to implement strategies toprevent occurrence of target behaviors and de-escalation strategies
  • Provide ongoing monitoring of data and make programmingadjustments as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or relatedprogram
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • LBACertification
  • Prefer minimum of one year working after BCBAcertification
  • Experience working with individuals withintellectual disabilities
  • Spanish Speaking Knowledge & Abilities
  • Utilizing the principles of ABA to influence socially importantbehavior
  • Using a team-based approach to reduce the occurrence ofproblem behavior
  • Serving individuals with intellectual and/ordevelopmental disabilities
  • Collaborating with team to createoptimal environment for behavior change
  • Effective written andverbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
