School-Based Behavior Technician 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Deer Park, NY 11729 Ro Health is looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians (BTs) who are excited to work in the schools and make a big impact with students! We are currently hiring BTs to work at School Districts in the Brentwood, NY area for the 2025-2026 School Year!

Fall 2025 BT | Duties May Include Carrying out and implementing behavior plans Use of ABA principles to teach adaptive behaviors such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills Data collection Working as a team to promote goal achievement and maintenance of a safe, productive environment Collaborating with other staff members and across disciplines BT | Position Requirements CPR Certification High School Diploma or Equivalent Strong ability to work in a team environment Enthusiasm for working with kids with developmental disabilities Previous school experience is preferred Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
