PM Caseload:
Ages 6-21; size may fluctuate based on the district’s MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) model
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a newly created, in-person position designed to support and help build out the district’s MTSS framework .
Preferred Qualifications:
BCBA preferred, but Licensed Behavior Specialists will also be considered Experience working in school settings across multiple grade levels Strong collaboration skills to help support systems-level behavior processes
Role Responsibilities May Include:
Supporting the development and implementation of behavior supports within the MTSS structure Consulting with educators across elementary, junior high, and high school levels Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and assisting in developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Assisting in capacity-building across the district for sustainable behavioral supports How to
